The Southland Chapter of the PUNISHERS L.E.M.C. is a Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club whose members consist of current, retired, and former Federal, State, and Local Law Enforcement Officers / Special Agents, and a select few like minded individuals all of whom possess the highest moral and ethical values, uncompromising integrity, trust, and dedication.
