The Fifth Chapter MC Rochester Charteris comprised of Recovering Alcoholics & Addicts. All members must practice abstinence of ingestion and injection of all mood altering chemicals, and subscribe to the moral and spiritual principles set forth in the book, Alcoholics Anonymous.
